One of the best concerts we have been to, Die Antwoord, the South African Zef rap-rave crew consisting of NINJA, featured in my photo above, YO-LANDI VI$$ER and DJ HI-TEK. Their lyrics are performed in Afrikaans, Xhosa, and English. We danced our booties off!! I almost didn't go as I had just started feeling ok. Thought I would be a responsible adult and what not. Luckily for me, Y convinced me to go and I was so glad I didn't miss this...

This is Winston, so named as he is from Winston-Salem, NC. He cuddled with me while I was sicky. He was a gift from Y on my first trip to NC. He also works really well as a neck roll with my head propped on his big belly.

I was sick with a nasty weirdo flu for almost two weeks, making me very swamped in all parts of my life. Regular colds & flus are always worse with me than most peeps due to my sinuses and susceptibility to laryngitis.
I've been taking pictures but haven't had a chance to fully edit all of them and upload etc. Some are from the sickly perspective of 'just take a picture...
